Our goal was to increase rules adoption from 20% to 45% for self-served admins.
In a month, I defined and mocked visions for a new admin onboarding experience and a new rules experience, impacting multiple pods.
Led design exercises with the broader teams to align on context, principles and goals, generate ideas and get feedback.
Collaborated with my design manager to craft the vision and get buy-in from leadership.
Mocked and presented both visions to the broader team.
Designed and prototyped part of the vision (we split work between designers).
Ensured teams stayed aligned on the vision by reminding them about our common decisions and hypotheses to validate.
